There are no exchanges or returns on custom embroidered or screen printed items.

Unless the following issues apply

1. It was our error

2. It was a manufacturing defect. You must contact us within 7 days. 

We only accept garments that are unwashed, unworn, free of hair (human or pet) and perfume free with original tags  - And we have a bloodhounds nose with an eagles eye.  :)
